The Public Defenders are seeking expressions of interest from NSW barristers of five years and under to participate in a practical advocacy training course for criminal lawyers. The course consists of six evening sessions of approximately 1 ½ hrs, commencing in April and concluding in September 2015. There will be one - two sessions per month depending on the number of expressions of interest received. The cost of the course is $240 ($40 per session) with payment required prior to commencement. If you are interested please complete the registration form, and submit to Ruth_Heazlewood@agd.nsw.gov.au. Numbers are strictly limited and as a result places cannot be guaranteed.
